| 1. Age limit not more tan 40 years (as per class X passed Certificate) as on 28th Feb 2025. 2. Candidate must prescribed the name of the post and programme in envelop (in BLOCK LETTERS) 3. One candidate is eligible for one post only. 4. Postal Address along with self attested copies of documents in support of eligibility such as required qualification certificate, Class-X passed certificate for age proof, ST/SCIOBC & PRC Certificates. 5. 2 (Two Copies) of recent Passport Size Photographs. 6. No Objection Certificate (NoC) from present employer (if any). 7. No TA/DA shall be given for appearing in the said interview. 8. Eligible candidate shal have to collect Call Letter from DMO Office Aalo. 9. All Original Certificates are to be produced during the interview. 10. Preference shall be given to the domicile of West Siang district. 11. 1:3 ratio shall be maintained for the selection of candidate from Written Exam for Viva -Voice/ OSCE/ Skill test assessment. 12.
